Responsibilities:
- Staging power carts to begin the day; cleaning and storing at end of shift
- Make sure to continuously clean, wash and gas power carts throughout shift
- Responsible for ensuring the cart shop and outside areas of the building are clean and free of garbage and/or debris at all times
- Always be aware of the condition of the power carts; If a cart is damaged report it immediately
- Welcome all golfers and help them navigate the facility when needed; Assist customers with their bags in the drop off area
- Assist with tournament set up and events
- Must be okay with a variety of shifts as it ranges from as early as 6am, to closing shifts around 10pm
- Approximately 35 hours a week
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- A valid drivers license (At least a G1)
- Must be able to communicate effectively; Will be interacting with a lot of public on the course and also when customers return the power carts after their round
- Follow the Remington Parkview Health & Safety policy guidelines at all times
- Must be okay with moderate lifting on days there are tournaments and events; Also must be okay with working in a variety of weather conditions as the job will be outdoor oriented
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7-8 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $15.50 per hour
