Our new Account Management model enables us to treat members as individuals, understanding their needs in a personal and relevant way. Our aim is to resolve members' queries as quickly as possible, with the best level of service, in an award winning working environment for our people.

What will I be doing?

As a Group Lead in our Account Management function, your core responsibility will be to lead a group of Zero Carbon Living Agents across multiple Squads. This role is pivotal to the success of our new Target Operating Model and will be accountable for the embedding of agile ways of working and a culture built on coaching and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a group of customer facing advisors & support functions to deliver a range of business, customer & people outcomes.
  • Steward the development and evolution of Agile ways of working Account Management, developing the rituals, processes and celebrations to make the Target Operating Model a success.
  • Foster & embed an agile, digital-first culture that creates an environment which enables achievement of courageous targets.
  • Role model OVO's 5 leadership behaviors and work collaboratively with colleagues to champion peer-to-peer support and coaching.
  • Work alongside the People Experience Team to execute the quarterly engagement survey and take action insights, continually looking for opportunities to make OVO a Great Place To Work
  • Role model and champion initiatives that support our award winning Belonging Networks and take accountability for moving the dial on diversity & inclusion within your Tribe.
  • Manages the interface between long term transformational projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive business performance
  • Work with F&P to manage capacity & overflow management, ensuring the Tribe is always resourced with the right people, with the right skills, at the right time.
  • Plan and manage development across the Squads to ensure the right level of competence for the future.

You should be an authentic leader and experienced multitasker. Working within the energy sector can also be quite fast-paced; there is a lot to learn, so it's a huge plus if you're a quick learner and able to retain a wealth of information.
