Position Overview Monitor and manage inbound orders for EDI accounts and also process manual orders in SAP for non-EDI accounts.
(15%) Inclusive of Retail Partner and FSS Inclusive of saleable/non-saleable Inform customers of PO errors and be able to summarize transmission errors to include inactive/discontinued codes, incorrect SRP’s, etc, to improve retailer service level. (5%) Address/Investigate and action orders as required with priority to ensure orders are completed timely to ensure shipping schedules are met (10%) Create daily Open Order reports; import into spreadsheets using advanced Excel capabilities and analyze key activities relating to order cadences and making decisions on communication & exeuction tactics with internal partners (15%) Drive efficiencies through daily order management practices to include SAP Proposal Review (SPM) review, Incomplete Orders and generation of weekly reports (Short Ship; Order Transmission; PO Log) which ensure Retailer commitments are met on a timely basis. (25%) Query all orders received to ensure they are within cycle time. Seek status of outstanding unreleased Launch orders to event management team to determine course of action for those orders for US accounts only.
(10%) Issue status of all orders, shipments, out of stocks lists and material availability. (5%) Understand retailer process for Purchase Order (PO's). Execute order maintenance for backorder POs and cancel date extensions to enable shipments. Consider all aspects to align with Retailer ship schedules.
(5%) Handle incoming inquiries from all internal and external customer’s regarding shipments, orders, discounts, etc. (10%) Other system execution tasks as needed (SAP/UPS/Citrix/Qlikview/BI/Warehouse Execution Systems) Qualifications Qualifications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, consulting & listening skills. Ability to deal w/ambiguity & confidential information. Deep hands on experience in using data reporting and visualization tools.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel SAP experience preferred Process oriented with understanding of how transactions flow and the impacts both up and downstream Ability to demonstrate ownership in developing more efficient ways of working Additional Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years Excellent written and spoken English, and Spanish Additional Details Work shift: Monday to Friday.
