SOC Analyst Level 2

Level 2 SOC Analyst is an operational role, focusing on real time security event monitoring and security incident investigation. As a Level 2 SOC Analyst you will Provide threat and vulnerability analysis as well as security advisory services, analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities and investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • 1 - 2 years experience of working in a SOC
  • Proficient in Incident Management and Response
  • knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
  • Analyze and respond to previously undisclosed software and hardware vulnerabilities
  • Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends
  • Experience with scripting and programming with tools like Perl, Python
  • Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix
  • Knowledge about various tools like - SIEM, SSL, Packet Analysis, HIPS/NIPS, Network Monitoring tools, Remedy, Service Now Ticketing Toolset

متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • شهادة في علوم الحاسوب
  • 1 - 2 سنوات خبرة في العمل في مركز مراقبة العمليات الأمنية (SOC)
  • يبرع في إدارة الحوادث والاستجابة لها
  • المعرفة بمفاهيم الأمن مثل الهجمات الإلكترونية وتقنياتها، ونواقل التهديد، وإدارة المخاطر، وإدارة الحوادث، إلخ.
  • تحليل والاستجابة للثغرات الأمنية في البرامج والأجهزة التي لم يتم الكشف عنها سابقًا
  • التحقيق والتوثيق والإبلاغ عن قضايا أمن المعلومات والاتجاهات الناشئة
  • خبرة في البرمجة النصية والبرمجة بأدوات مثل Perl وPython
  • معرفة بنكهات أنظمة التشغيل المختلفة بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر WindowsوLinuxوUnix
  • المعرفة حول الأدوات المختلفة مثل - SIEM، SSL، تحليل الحزمة، HIPS / NIPS، أدوات مراقبة الشبكة

Salary: ﷼14,000.00 - ﷼16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
