Domain/Enterprise Level Agile Coach
My client is looking for a Domain/Enterprise Level Agile Coach to join an exciting, forward-thinking team in a high-end private sector setting.
To be considered, you must have experience working at a Domain / Enterprise level as an Agile Coach.
Key skills required:
- Knowledge of Agile development practices and why they would be used.
- Have the ability to capture and hold a room's attention when coaching.
- Commercial SAFE framework experience.
- 3+ years commercial experience as an Agile coach.
- Providing Agile knowledge, experience and support of the Agile journey.
- Knowledge of at least one scaling framework and what necessitates scaling.
- Carrying out Team Maturity and role assessments to baseline levels and use them to gain insight for coaching plans.
- Facilitation of organisational impediment discovery and resolution.
- Can effectively facilitate agile meetings and events e.g. a Scrum Master sync.
Offering a 6 month contract (with view to extend) on a day rate up to £600p/d (inside IR35) within a hybrid role (1-2 days p/w in office) based in Coventry, this is an opportunity worthy of serious consideration.
