• 1. Create, design and implement projects according to given topic and budget.
• 1. Lead and direct creative team of photographer, videographer, editor and graphic designer to complete the project goals.
• 1. Review work, troubleshoot and provide technical support to the team members.
• 1. Approve project contents and provide feedback for long-term development.
• 1. Monitor and evaluate efficiency of team members in order to propose their career development.คุณสมบัติ

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Mass Com or related fields.
• 1. Highly creative and able to develop innovative content.
• 1. Visual competence and keen eye for aesthetics
• 1. Familiar with various creative production such as video, still image, graphic design and motion graphic.
• 1. Minimum 9 years experience in creative agency, art directing, media productions or related field.
• 1. Minimum 5 years experience in team management and content directing.
• 1. Experience in video media production.
• 1. Hands-on experience with media editing software Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, Premier, and After effect. (3D software is a plus.)
• 1. Strong leadership and be able to motivate team members.
• 1. Project management skills and organizational expert.
