Requirement:

• Degree in law or psychologic field
• 3 years experience in HR and recruitment role
• Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa
• Having knowledge and experience in handling union labor
• Having knowledge and experience in Indonesian labour law, UU cipta kerja
• Having experience and knowledge in Conducting interview, recruiting and vetting new talent
• Arranging training session for all new hire and refresh training for all existing staff
• Support HRGA department.
• Ability to work independently and willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
