Ron Wilkin Jewellers Ltd. has been operated by the Wilkin family for over 55 years. As a full service store of over 2000 square ft we offer all types of jewellery including Canadian Diamonds, Engagement and wedding rings, gold and silver jewellery and watches. We also offer custom designs as well and have a goldsmithing shop on site providing complete repair services. Our main store is located in a historic building in beautiful downtown Fergus as well have a second location on Mill St. Elora just steps away from the Elora Mill.
Position Overview:
Looking for a friendly, professional sales representative who takes pride in in their work while providing exceptional customer service. Jewellery Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers in identifying and fulfilling their jewellery needs, providing professional and courteous service and advise all while keeping sales goals in mind. We are looking to fill one Part-time position with the possibility of Full Time.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Generate Sales
- Merchandising
- Aim for accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Strive for a high level of product and service knowledge
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour, and attitude at all times
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Retail sales experience
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain great customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team-friendly environment
- Computer literate with proficiency using internet and basic programs such as Microsoft Word/Excel
- Flexibility to work day/afternoon/weekend shifts
- Willingness to work extra shifts when required
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: Min of 24 per week
Salary: From $17.00 per hour depending on experience
