Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Retoucher who under the direction of the Creative Director, will use their creativity to edit on & off figure apparel photography

What you will do in this role:
- Review photography from photoshoots and evaluate assets for technical and aesthetic requirements
- Coordinate with freelance retouchers as needed to manage workflow
- Ensure visual consistency of images within projects and across listing platforms
- Maintain image to ensure required information is preserved while following procedures for naming, saving, and storing images
- Upload and organize assets within the shared drive for naming, saving, and archiving images
- Complete one-off editing requests from cross-functional partners with varying degrees of difficulty
- Establish and maintain an efficient workflow with the ability to follow a defined process accurately and consistently
- Super organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, including graphic designers, marketing managers, e-com team & photographers to prepare and select images for online visual merchandising and marketing campaigns
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and can maintain production of a high volume of images under tight deadlines
- A robust retouching portfolio that demonstrates consistency and proficiency in retouching, compositing, and color correcting
Your experience and requirements include:
- Diploma/BA in Photography or Graphic Design
- Minimum 2 years of professional retouching experience
- Experience retouching fashion apparel is an asset
- Demonstrate working knowledge of standard and advanced editing techniques used for photography including advanced blending of exposures
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Capture One
- Working knowledge of all photographic formats and processing skills, including RAW image files
- Strong understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department
- Experience working with digital asset management tools
