The role we are offering you:
Possession of post-secondary education in Paralegal Studies, Law, Business Administration, Contract Administration, or a related field of study from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience.
Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and autonomy to manage multiple tasks in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
A results-driven and customer-focused mindset with strengths in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Capability of obtaining and maintaining a Canadian Enhanced Reliability security clearance & Controlled Goods clearance (mandatory).
Permission to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or with a valid Work Permit (mandatory);
Strong organizational skills;
Demonstrated ability to maintain records and filing systems for contractual documents, records, reports, and reference materials;
Demonstrated ability to review and document data management practices and suggest improvements; and
Must be able to obtain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada
Must be eligible to work in Canada, either as a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or valid Work Permit.
