AstraZeneca aims to implement Solutions to ensure sustainable healthcare pathway transformation, accelerating the diagnosis of pathologies, accelerating the derivation from GP to specialists and ensuring adherence to treatments. Practice Change Platform methodology is key in the identification of HC system needs and opportunities, and therefore a critical input for the design of innovative solutions.
Position objective
Support to contribute to competitive intelligent to develop the best P&R strategy to obtain/maintain national and regional access adequate to product objectives.
Key responsibilities
Contribute for achieving the best strategy P&R of the medicines in Spain supporting in:
- Pricing regulation monitoring & impact: RPOs, RDL, LoE...
- Competitor´s follow-up (competitive intelligence)
- Support to develop P&R negotiations value tools and materials aligned with strategy (for the implementation of the national strategy
- Analyze international/national/regional HTA appraisals analyses
- Support to prepare presentations/documents with the arguments of economic value to be presented to the key stakeholders and decision makers
- Support to work with Global teams and cross-functional local colleagues to support the commercial strategies and data generation plans.
- Compliance: Guarantees that all activities related to the job comply with applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and code of conduct).
Requirements:
Desirable knowledge of Spanish healthcare environment
Desirable knowledge of reimbursement and P&R processes
Desirable knowledge of pharmacoeconomic models and HTA requirements
Skills, And Abilities
Good analytical and technical skills.
Capacity of initiative and proactivity
Ability to produce materials and manage projects
Collaborative and open to different opinions and initiatives from other team members
