Budtender / Inventory Supervisor

Heavenly Hemp is looking for an inventory supervisor to serve and educate our customers as well as research new products.

The ideal inventory supervisor should have:

• Retail cannabis experience
• Strong research abilities
• Knowledge of the Cannabis industry and products
• Supervisor experience
• An outgoing and friendly personality
• Patience with all customers
• Experience with a POS system
• Passion about cannabis and be up to date with the industry
• High levels of integrity and personal responsibility
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial, and municipal legislation
• Supervising and ensuring the store is running properly and budtenders are getting the support they need in order for the customers to get the highest possible level of customer service
• ID any customers who appear to be under 25 years old
• Work well in both a team setting and alone
• Complete all tasks and duties, as assigned
• Be open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
• Inventory management
• Product ordering

Requirements:

• Valid Cannsell certification
• Cannabis knowledge
• A clean criminal background check
• Availability for shift work alone or as part of a team any time between 6:30 am to 11:30 pm, Monday to Sunday
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be at least 19 years of age

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• On call
• Weekend availability
