Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate sub-contractor's performance with the project team
- Evaluate of quotation and costing summary for approval prior tender submission
- Prepare of monthly report (Contractual Matter), incl update and maintain records for Architect Instructions, Variations Orders, Sub-Contractor approval lists and monthly man-hour report
- Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoice against delivery order
- Carry out quantities taking during tendering
- Any other duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- With relevant working experience in quantity surveying role
- With experience or knowledge in M&E
- Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
- An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations
- Working location: Aljunied
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM
