Chief Financial Officer, Fmcg

Responsible for the financial planning, analysis, and reporting of the company. This includes developing and implementing financial strategies, preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring performance against financial goals.

  • Assess and manage financial risks to the company, including risks associated with market conditions, currency fluctuations, and other financial uncertainties.
  • Ensure that the company is in compliance with financial reporting regulations, and financial statements are accurate and transparent.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the executive team to help guide decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Responsible for managing the company's financial resources and ensuring that capital is allocated effectively and efficiently to support growth and profitability.
  • Manage the company's cash and liquidity, including forecasting cash flows and managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Able to lead and manage a team of financial professionals, and be a strong partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team.

Benefits:
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related majors. At least 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Prior experience in the FMCG industry is a plus. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP) Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
