The Patient Coordinator assists the providers with basic virtual patient care. This position will work on Site. The Patient Coordinator will lead with empathy and provide positive experiences to our patients. Every day You Will: This role will work alongside the Clinical Team and RPM lead and be supervised by the RPM Lead Register and Schedule patients by entering complete demographics and insurance verification Checks in and assists patients and helps them to access services quickly and easily Manages patient registration, completing all clinical and demographic information Monitors patient flow in in virtual waiting room and resolves any patient flow issues Ensures that all appropriate screenings are completed Maintains patient and employee confidentiality Assists patients with referrals as needed
