As Executive Assistant you will be in charge of:
- Diary management
- Answering and distributing calls
- Processing expenses
- Client facing responsibilities inclusive of on-site visit coordination (greeting, logistics et al)
- Assisting with and coordination of projects
- Coordination of Committee and Management Meetings
- Client communications and relationship management - mailing/address lists, arrangement of in-person meetings
- Onboarding of new staff members
- Office Management incl. IT coordination and Business Continuity Representative
- Holiday cover of another Executive Assistant
