Our IT Department is looking for an IT Support Technician Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).
The IT Support Technician Trainee role is to support users on all of our IT systems.
The Main missions:
- Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
- Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation.
Skills and Know-how:
- Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
- Ability to communicate in English (mandatory);
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or French (mandatory).
