Overall responsibilities and duties:
- Maintain the integrity and safeguard of the company's real estate.
- Actively participate in compliance with the requirements of certifications and audits of C-TPAT / OEA.
- Respect and comply with the mission, vision and code of ethics of the company.
- Development of crime prevention strategies.
- Implementation of procedures, updating and search for continuous improvements.
The main missions of the role are:
- Inform the Director of Patrimonial Security on relevant issues and part of the news.
- Review and inform the special reports and part of news.
- Verify attendance of the surveillance staff and coordinate substitutions.
- Verify the operation of the CCTV system and trunk radio communication.
- Review perimeter meshes, operation of pedestrian and vehicular access controls.
- Carry out visits to the plant to verify the correct operation of safety in facilities.
- Supervision of departures of personnel in mixed shift.
- Inspection and supervision of loading and unloading transport.
- Schedule and verify the logistics of plant security personnel roles in the different jobs.
- Constant communication with all areas to respond to different operating needs.
- Supervision and compliance with access control protocols.
- Train surveillance personnel in the different topics of importance for the operation of the plant.
- Carry out 5's audits in booths and security posts.
- Transport logistics audit including the 17 mandatory points of the C-TPAT.
- Make reports corresponding to security deviations.
- Conduct risk and vulnerability studies.
- Review security points according to the company profile regarding C-TPAT and OEA certifications.
- Follow up on government relations.
- Coordination and administration of the administration of the private security company.
- Generation of Purchase Orders for the requirement of asset security services.
- Release of invoices for payment in SAP of security services.
- Generation, request and administration of the department's annual budget.
