JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:

  • Client recovery: Clients with no bookings during last quarter
  • Embrace a digital approach.
  • 60 interactions per week to existing/new/lost clients to develop long-trusted relationships & discuss opportunities to increase their TTV & bookings.
  • Prepare the agenda of the interactions in advance using the different tools & data available to identify the opportunities more relevant to discuss.
  • Update sales interactions using the Salesforce CRM system (calls, opportunities)
  • Managing a portfolio of ~2300 accounts (if the manage more wholesale accounts this number will be lower but TTV higher)
  • Assist clients in the most important operational & financial issues
  • Introduce successfully to our clients all current & future digital tools/automatizations available for them.
  • Grow the TTV, OM and exceed revenue goals
  • Working with our Strategic Account Managers on sales tactics and strategy alignment
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience in the travel industry.
  • Fluent English (desirable) & market/region language (essential)
  • An intermediate sales track record can substitute for lack of academic qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of sales management in a hospitality set up.
  • Basic computer literacy and basic understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies especially Sales Force & Tableau
  • Strong communication. High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to interact at a high level. Dynamic, outgoing personality, self-motivated, resourceful, highly independent, innovative, creative with high degree of customer service and result oriented.
  • Basic Microsoft skills (excel)
