JOB DESCRIPTION:
The commercial division at Hotelbeds is highly data-driven and focused on developing at-scale commercial & marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Hotelbeds customers through measurable campaign programs. The commercial leadership at Hotelbeds has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields and has built an organization that thrives on data, creative ideas, and technology.

This role is responsible for coordinating the launch of Global and Regional campaigns. From an E2E perspective, the Campaigns coordinator will oversee the attainment of all aspects needed to execute each campaign successfully.

The Campaigns coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the alignment of Commercial and Regional campaign strategies in coordination with the stakeholders, by leading a workstream with Champions designated by each Commercial Region. Acting as a consultant to drive campaign-related recommendations to facilitate decisions.

Additionally, this role will conduct central operational tasks needed to support and execute the launch of Campaigns. In alignment with the new Campaigns 2.0 methodology defined, the Campaigns Coordinator will ensure that any improvements released by the Project team are incorporated into the BAU of Campaigns.

The main final objective of this position would be to ensure the accomplishment of Campaigns based on a Yearly calendar to increase sales and gain share during Campaigns.
