Key Area of Responsibility

  • To service rooms check the cleanliness/appearance/presentation of rooms, making sure all are complying with hotel policies, and to the agreed standards.
  • Report any concerns over stock levels of laundry, dry goods, and cleaning chemicals, to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
  • To identify & report all maintenance issues, ensuring they are all reported via the agreed channel to the housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
  • To comply with current Health & Safety, COSSH, Fire Regulations and any other legislation applicable.
  • Any other duties as specified by Line Manager.
