The Role

You will be tasked with building up the temporary recruitment side of the business by placing as many ground investigation contractors onto projects as possible. These contracts last from a few days to several months.

Upon successfully placing a specific volume of staff, you will then receive a commission on top of your salary. The opportunity to earn is only limited by attitude and work ethic.

You'll also be:

  • Networking, and developing new business relationships
  • Pitching Girec Ltd services to potential clients
  • Achieving set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

About You

  • Proven track record of demonstrating resilience
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to implement feedback through training
  • Financially motivated
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
