Junior Marketing Communications Manager B2C

We are looking for a highly creative Junior Marketing Communications Manager B2C who loves to advise Jobseekers on how to find the job they love and help them navigate our platforms in French and English.

YOUR TASKS:

• You are the contact person for our Jobseekers on all topics related to our website and job search
• You create and share content based on jobseekers needs, and you contribute to the development of our content strategy
• You monitor and analyze the performance of tools used to support jobseekers in their job search
• You organize events in the Swiss Romandie in close collaboration with internal and external partners

YOUR SKILLS:

• You ideally have a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a Marketing, Communications or Business Management related field
• You gathered first experience in a Customer Success area (ideally B2C) and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects across various clients and stakeholders
• You describe yourself as a continuous learner with an entrepreneurial style and great interpersonal skills and are able to work independently as well as part of a team
• You have exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills in French and English
