We are an award-winning Gelateria that preserves the true artisanship of Italy's handcrafted gelato. We make everything from scratch, in small batches, using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.
We are looking for a new Gelato Maker to join our laboratorio's team. If you don't have experience with gelato/ice cream but are very curious to learn and you have the following skills/experiences:
- Able to work in Canada lawfully
- Work well in a team
- Aware of food safe procedures
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Foodsafe level 1
- Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends availability
- Creative
... then we would love to meet you! Your responsibilities would be:
- Produce gelato according to the daily Production Schedule
- Follow the recipe and production protocol explicitly, carefully weigh and measure all ingredients as specified, to the gram
- Maintain the high standard of quality for all our flavours
- Maintain a clean and organized space during production
- Always be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency
- Follow all health code regulations and complete Daily Cleaning Checklist
