Mission:
- Ensure the start-up of new products & the industrialization of new equipment.
- Provide the manufacturing with the needed assistance and the permanent improvement of the process.
Responsibilities*
- Introduce the new products & equipment and machines.
- Carry out the assembly/disassembly of tools and equipment on the machines and make the set up
- Establish the work instructions and packaging instructions.
- Participate in technical meetings with other departments.
- Reduce & Improve cycle times.
- Solve process problems and support the manufacturing team.
- Use recycled material in the process.
- Load, edit, and create Robot programs.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the material preparation area (drying).
- Ensure process compliance with HSE requirements.
- Profile:
- Bac +2 or more in injection molding.
- Strong technical background with a Minimum of 2 years in injection molding
- Experience with Arburg / Demag / Engel processes.
- Good communication skills.
- Good analysis and problem-solving skills.
