We are searching for the best talent for *Health Care Compliance Specialist *to be in: Bogota -Colombia, Buenos Aires, Argentina or Mexico City, Mexico

Purpose:
This position will maximise the Healthcare Compliance program for the Pharma organization in LATAM and will work with the HCC Community on various projects and initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead due diligence reviews and approvals for critical interaction with Health Care Professionals & Government Officials and TPIs
  • Carry out day-to-day tasks such as data collection, analysis and monitoring
  • Harmonize, prepare, update and implement of HCC policies and procedures on an ongoing basis and implement training sessions, including new employee onboarding, periodic training on the clusters.
  • Support the roll-out of communication plan among the clusters
  • Lead the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on the Management Action Plan
  • Monitor company activities to ensure compliance with government, legal and company HCC standards
  • Participate in regional or cross-sector projects/initiatives and collaborate with regional pharma and local cross sector community to share approaches to HCC

Qualifications:
Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or health related.
  • 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Devices industries is required and knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards is a benefit.
  • Strong analytical, communication and social skills, ability to run conflicts in an open and constructive manner and work efficiently also under time pressure
  • Consistent track record in delivering results, self-starter and ability to handle complexity is a must
  • Preferred Intermediary Excel and PPT skills.
  • Proficient in Spanish and sophisticated in English is required
