Job Title:Floorman
Job Rotation:60/30 on-off duty
Location:Rig Site
Immediate Supervisor:Driller
Reviewing Supervisor:Rig Manager / Tool Pusher
Job Summary:Undertakes maintenance and general labour duties of cleaning and painting
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform manual labour around the rig or deck areas.
Duties involve the general maintenance of the rig including:
Paint preparation - scraping and washing.
- Cleaning deck with water, soap, etc.
- Painting decks and equipment.
- Assisting installing and disassembling scaffolding.
- Cleaning brushes, rollers, air guns and other tools and equipment.
- Manually moving equipment around the rig.
- Handling and mixing mud materials.
- Assist in the training of Roustabouts, not jeopardising the operation in hand.
- Lubricate drilling equipment as instructed by Supervisor.
- Be available on the rig Floor and Carry out work as required.
Job Specifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of experience as roustabout.
- Relevant Certification.
- Comply with HSE policies and procedures.
- Complete all Company required training as per the Training Matrix.
- Complete GWDC Competence system Scheme within 12 months of being assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Experience as floorman on similar rigs.
Salary: AED2,190.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
