* What you’ll be doing...

  • Providing the line of sight on all programs across the regions at both a Regional and sub-Regional level of what is live, planned or off track to deliver on the overall marketing plan.
  • Leading implementation of B2B integrated marketing campaigns in EMEA & APAC with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers, working collaboratively and cross functionally to address the needs of the segments.
  • Connecting central with field planning and building integrated marketing campaign plans, ensuring marketing priorities are aligned central to local and top to bottom of the funnel.
  • Developing new methods and processes within the International marketing team to significantly evolve our campaign planning and decision making.
  • Ensuring that customer centric messaging and a quality experience is optimized in all International digital campaigns.
  • Being the team GDPR expert, ensuring that all data acquired, used and managed by the marketing team is GDPR compliant and all campaigns are maintained in line with the VBG legal team.
  • Building, testing and executing campaigns across International regions using Marketo and synchronized to SFDC.
  • Working on Marketo programs that may include: long term nurture, short term nurture, live events, webinars, target account activities, calling (BANT) and specific lead fast track programs.
  • Working with the APAC Digital team to streamline processes, building a centre of excellence for digital programs.
  • Analysing automated campaigns, reporting regularly per specified KPI, to all relevant stakeholder including the campaign owners and tracking specific ROI, especially of event programs.
  • Ensuring processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the Marketo & SFDC datasets.

* What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a B2B Marketing function within an IT or ICT industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A good understanding of the International market places - Experience working in global environments.
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills, preferably with experience working cross-functionally within a virtual/international team.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communications skills; track record of establishing relationships and credibility with leaders across the business.
  • Strong understanding of current online/offline marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in B2B digital campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic plans; outstanding analytical skills; Lean, Agile and creative experience preferred.
  • Ability to be an enthusiastic team player who can contribute with marketing automation deep-domain knowledge and experience to achieve results.
  • Kept up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience in a range of approaches to Integrated Digital Campaigns.
  • Experience with web Landing Pages and Campaign Sites, with Google Analytics and use of utm codes to feed into Campaign reporting.
  • Experience with using HTML code - as used in marketing automation systems.
