Your missionshould you choose to accept it

  • Represents team in front of stakeholders, or users.
  • Work closely with product management and senior management to create a product/service that fits the ETS portfolio.
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product/service(s).
  • Follow trends in technologies that make up the product/service(s) and the industry knowledge.
  • Serve as the voice of the user to the team.

Skills and experience (what makes a great Flightie!)

  • Product owner or Service delivery experience
  • Agile Methodology
  • M365 and Intune stack
  • Digital user experience analysis and insights
