What you'll achieve
As a Senior Analyst on our Field Services team, you will be responsible for the onsite installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems. You will serve as the company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters and interpret customers' needs.
