Job description:
We are looking for an experienced wedding dress designer who also has a strong knowledge in bridal design to join our team at Glisten Couture. The ideal wedding dress designer has strong designing skills, sewing skills, communication skills and research skills. A team player who will work closely with a design and production team.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding of gown design and production process.
- Designing and creating wedding dress that is leading in design, innovation and quality.
- Researching current markets, trends, materials and fabrics.
- Well verse in sales.
- Having knowledge in digital marketing is an advantag.
- Assisting in fitting sessions. Ensuring all clients are given an excellent service.
- Patching and sewing of laces and beadings. Excellent attention to details.
- Work closely with production teams.
- Having strong time management skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- A team player and able to demonstrate problem solving skill.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification in Fashion Studies
- 5-7 years in bridal industry
