Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
2. Reviews medical information of patients already in the system to determine continuing needs for tertiary care.
Recommends further care or facilitates discharge of patients in coordination with treating physician and other departments.
Monitors all procedures related to approve referrals from Hospital subsystems and outside organizations.
Maintains liaison with concerned departments to resolve problems.
Assists in developing a management information system related to the interdepartmental flow of information.
Submits periodic reports of activities as requested.
Participates in Departmental and Hospital committees as assigned.
Follows all Hospital’s related Policies and Procedures.
Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
Education:
Graduate from an accredited Medical School (MD) is required.
Experience Required:
Five (5) years of related experience, including three (3) years as a physician is preferred.
Other Requirements(Certificates):
Bilingual Skills required with good command of English Language.
