Qualification & Experience

  • Hotel Management graduate or Culinary Degree with minimum 3 Years certification
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as Sous Chef.
  • Experienced in 5* star hotels / Stand-alone Fine dining restaurants.
  • Sound knowledge & experience in International cuisine.
  • Up-to-date with culinary skills.
