Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work with a highly capable team of designers, product managers, and engineers, inventing and iterating end-to-end products for the rapidly growing health-tech space. We are looking for designers who are passionate yet capable to analyse customer behaviours and identify opportunities while being able to articulate human-centered approaches in a fast-paced environment. We're a young and passionate team committed to creating an easy, intelligent and forward-looking user experience.
- Lead the design process for our various health-tech products (mobile and web)
- Define the design guideline to cultivate consistency in our multiple product lines
- Develop and implement an agile design approach to the development workflow
- Lead / participate in user and market research to produce product analysis and constructive improvement practices
Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or outstanding design skills
- Full-time experience as UX/interaction designer
- Experience executing user research and user testing
- Proficient in crafting UX artifacts (e.g., user journeys, wireframes, prototypes) using a variety of UX and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Invision, Proto.io, Adobe)
- Proficient in undertaking user research, user interviews, concept and usability testing
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Passion for leveraging design/technology to help solve healthcare issues and improve the lives of both medical professionals and patients
