Ø Process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of labour, government offices, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.

Ø Responsible for keeping records of personnel for visas, labour cards, and other important documents to ensure that employees have a valid visa.

Ø Communicate all new laws or rules issued by government including review of prices. Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.

Ø Translating all required documents between Arabic to English or vice versa.

Ø Perform all jobs given by HR manager.

Ø Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/ transactions with the government sectors.

Ø Submitting all renewals of visas & labour work permit cards with labour office as well as the immigration department.Ø Processing all renewals of driving license & labour health cards with traffic office as well as the health department.

Ø Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e. Trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, traffic department, municipality, customs clearance etc.);
Ø To liaise with authorities to ensure company compliance to local laws and regulations.

Ø To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities.

Ø To deal with government authorities in relation to the buying, selling or leasing of land/property.

Ø To process trade license renewals.

Ø To keep updated on labour related changes in relation to visa processing.

Ø Supporting any legal issues in company registrations

Ø Liaise with all government institution with regards fines, penalties or any inquiry;

Salary: From QAR5,000.00 per month
