Affiliates Multi Brand Manager

**Role and responsibilities
a) Ensure smooth implementation of the new model Global - Local ensuring high level of collaboration and consistency in ways of working

b) Act as point of contact for client towards Global Brand, gathering inputs and being ambassador of affiliates

c) Being on top of existing product strategies and actual support materials for all the brands of client

d) Conceptualizing and projects leading the set-up of an automated self-service solution - to the extent possible - that client affiliates use for when adapting materials for their individual markets

e) Collaborate closely with various Global Marketing teams on how incorporate their materials and know-how efficiently to client markets

f) Act as point of entry and have individual dialogue and follow up with client markets/regions to secure the best possible solutions that are both cost-effective whilst still allowing the client affiliates to conduct local marketing based on global approach and directions

g) Set-up and monitor KPIs for client affiliates interactions/use of global materials & know-how

h) Provide inspiring and engaging leadership and conflict management to overcome any resistance from implementing the new ‘one-to many’ approach

i) Seek out opportunities for further simplification, standardization, and adoption across client affiliates

j) Work on the synergies that can be found within client organization and act as point of practice and experience sharing

**Salary Benchmark: SGD 13,000 to SGD 15,000 per month
