- Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the fitness facility, ensuring the safety of members, and managing fitness staff scheduling and training.
- Develop and implement programs to increase membership, manage the budget, and ensure that equipment is maintained and up to date.
- The fitness facility includes fitness rooms (gym), sports fields, playgrounds, swimming pools, and recreation games.
