In this role, you’ll be assisting with the administration of network, server and cloud systems within JAM - a thriving CRM marketing agency with diverse Windows, Linux and MacOS environments. You’ll also be a leading role within the IT team with any day-to-day IT support issues that may come up.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain server, network, cloud, and DevOps infrastructure
  • Take ownership of projects to implement new, or improved services
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Update and expand on internal documentation
  • Support the day-to-day operations and facilities for all employees

Desired skills and experience

  • 2+ year degree in Computer Science or Systems Administration
  • 0-3 years of working experience in IT
  • Experience working with Server operating systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Experience with cloud service providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience with end-user operating systems such as Windows and macOS

Understanding of:

  • Microsoft Active Directory and its services (DNS, GPO, etc.)
  • Server virtualization, storage, and backups
  • Networking and security principles
  • Documenting assets, configurations, and processes
