Tech Recruitment Lead

We are looking for a talented Tech Recruitment Lead to join our HR Department. You will play a critical role in driving the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the tech recruitment team's success. You will be the main point of contact for everything related with tech recruitment, coordinating recruitment activities, and develop and implement effective recruitment processes.

What you will do:

• Coordinate recruitment activities, allocate resources, and ensure timely and effective execution of hiring plans;
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement;

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the organization's talent acquisition strategy;

  What you will bring:

• Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field;

• Proven experience as a Lead Recruiter, Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of (at least) 3 recruiters. Experience in Telco is a plus;
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms (previous experience with Workable is a plus);
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment;

• Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a self-motivated and autonomous mindset.
