Support line with employee consultations
Conduct Interviews
Prepare decks for union engagements
Advisory on policy
Employee traNsfers work closely with the Org Management team
Soe project and Od change management activities
Requirements:
HR Qualification
HR Restructuring experience
Knowledge of Labour Act
Project Management experience
Stakeholder engagement experience
