Job Description
The Assistant Customer Liaison Officer has overall responsibility for the final evaluation of all outputs from the operation and the generating of Certificates of Analysis to meet both the customers and the regulatory requirements. The Customer Liaison Officer to liaise with shareholders and other relevant parties.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 with Maths and Science.Alternatively, a diploma or degree in chemistry.
Additional Information
Minimum of 5 years Laboratory experience preferably in coal.Working knowledge of laboratory in line with ISO 17025.An extensive knowledge of the SA Coal Community e.g. grades and qualities, mines, customers etc. is essential.A sound knowledge of coal testing and characteristics is essential.A sound knowledge of statistical data evaluation.Knowledge of work processing packages, MS Word, Excel and LIMS.Knowledge of all applicable Legislation including the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Fluent in EnglishGood communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detailWell organizedComputer literate
