As a Cyber Security Intern, your daily workload might include:
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate and recommend security enhancements based on industry best practices and emerging threats.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses..
- Collaborate with the team to deploy and configure security tools and technologies to detect, prevent, and respond to security incidents.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist in performing periodic reviews of user access rights and permissions to ensure proper authorization and minimize the risk of unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Help in conducting security awareness and training programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
Requirements:
- BSc/Ba in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Or working towards such qualifications.
- OR Knowledge/experience in cyber security, information security, etc.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- Fresh Graduate or co-op opportunity.
- Uphold best practices and principles around clean code, version control, testing, continuous integration.
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Eager to learn.
- Must not be afraid to be turned into a meme.
- Must be ready to compete with great board game champions
- Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
