Position Overview

The Associate ISO Auditor facilitates and ensures Insights ISO accreditations for quality, environmental, social and information security management systems across EMEA. The ISO Team are responsible for driving continous improvements to internal EMEA processes, procedures and systems to reduce operating costs and improve client experience. They endeavour to identiy and implement the necessary changes required to enable Insight to perform at optimum efficiency.

You will be responsible for the review, development and performance of internal and external auditing procedures and preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the investigation performed. You will review audit reports and communications, analyse data from completed audits as well as closely participate with the audit team during audits to learn the fundamentals of auditing at Insight.

You will be given a full training programme to learn and understand the demands of the job, so previous experience in auditing is not required for this role.

What you’ll do at Insight

  • To ensure compliance with the Business Management System and the Information Security Management System in relation to the held ISO Standards.
  • Responsible for supporting the execution of audits and supporting Insight EMEA’s accreditations.
  • Work with internal leadership to help drive best practices, standards, and methodology.
  • To independently conduct compliance checks across the business.
  • To assist with advising possible improvements to the management systems by interpreting, assimilating, and utilizing a variety of data from multiple sources.
  • To participate in audits and support by planning, conducting, reporting, and following up on audits to establish conformity with the ISO standard requirements.
  • Support the ISO team in maintaining the management systems in accordance with the appropriate standard requirements
  • Occasional travel to different EMEA offices to carry out audits (2-3 days every other month)

  • Extremely well-organized and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be an excellent communicator - both written and oral.
  • Ability to build and establish co-operative working relationships.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other teammates.
  • High level of strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Proficcient in Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel and word)
