We are looking for an experienced* Telecaller/Telemarketing Freelance* to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up inbound leads every day with predetermined KPIs & SLAs
- Make outbound calls in accordance with KPIs and SLAs
- Communicating well with clients/customers in offering products, educating products, and providing solutions
- Perform administration and documentation of data neatly
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years telesales or telemarketing experience
- Able to demonstrate track record as telesales or telemarketing
- Initiative, never give up and team player
- Detail oriented
