We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Administrators, to join a new a ‘rapid deployment camp', supporting the mining operations, based in Pilbara region of Western Australia. This is a FIFO role. Which will see this person based onsite, at the village for 14 days, then 7 days off.

Scope of role:

  • This role is responsible for providing reception, guest services and administration support to the Village Manager and leadership team on-site. The role also provides holistic administration support and ensures all administration tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with all relevant corporate policies and procedures.
  • Greeting all Village residents, guests, and visitors
  • performing reception/front-of-house duties - answering phone calls, handling enquiries etc. - and providing a prompt and friendly service to all Village residents, guests and visitors

Your experience:

  • 2 years' general office or clerical experience or previous administration or reception experience, preferably in a FIFO or hospitality (retail, bar, hotel, or restaurant) role.
  • Previous experience with processing high volumes of administration and accommodation bookings.
  • Understanding of remote Village services (food service, housekeeping etc.).
  • Experience with cash handling (highly desirable).
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal to no supervision.
