OPEN POSITION: Internship - Cybersecurity

Desirable Qualifications: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a stream of engineering

Essential Skills Required:

  • At least 1-year prior experience in evaluating cybersecurity risks, threats and controls for embedded devices, mobile devices.
  • Ability to skillfully and effectively interpret and present complex scientific and technical cybersecurity information and concepts in both written and oral formats to team members.
  • Any professional certifications of IT skills are preferred.

Task:The selected staff:

  • Plans and executes medical device risk management process when incorporating software in a medical device.
  • Conducts detailed assessments of product vulnerabilities involving medical device software, hardware technologies involving RFID, wired and wireless network communications, mobile technology, and safety measures such as encryption and authentication.
  • Coordinates with Engineering team to remediate medical device information security risk.
  • Ensures that software risk control measures within medical devices are successfully implemented.
  • Analyses and tracks follow up communications to ensure risks are remediated appropriately.
  • Prepare timely risk management reports and metrics for presentation to relevant authorities.
  • Stays up to date with relevant national and international regulations and industry guidance around medical device security and software contained in a medical device.
  • Proactively identify and share technology trends and emerging science that may influence and reshape cybersecurity decisions, recommended practices and technologies and medical device development and review process.

Commitment Required:Minimum 6 months, starting as soon as possible.

Salary: ₹4,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
