Main Responsaiblities
Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in the systems to allow reporting according to regulations and company requirements. You will report to the Head of Finance Egypt and located in our site in 6th of October City/ Zayed office.
In this exciting role, with a 'can-do’ mindset, you will be responsible for
General Accounting
- Assist Finance Manager with Internal/External Reporting
- Manage Month end closing assigned tasks
- Prepare draft reports for fiscal reporting (statutory accounts and Corporation tax computation) for review by the Financial Manager/Controller and external audit. This includes all periodic tax reporting
- Be a contact for External & Internal Audit
- Support Givaudan Business Solution (GBS) in any troubleshooting related to financial accounting and reporting.
- Perform Accounts Reconciliations
- Review balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Identify problem areas in processes and work with the relevant teams to create solutions
- Internal controls over financial accounting and reporting (ICON)
- Perform annual cross-functional review of ICON controls
- Be a contact point with the Group treasury team
- Be a necessary person with our banks
- Perform CF forecasts and reporting
- Monitor and Report daily cash positions
- Business partnering with Operations
Academic Background
Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Professional Experience
4-6 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills
Fluent in English (speaking and Writing)
Computer skills: ERP (preferably SAP) experience, MS Office, BI
