About the Role:
To assist in the management / co-ordination of Maintenance service delivery to the Production departments. To assume full responsibility for the Manufacturing Engineering Group in the absence of the Senior Engineering Manager.
To manage / co-ordinate the skills development of all staff within the Production Engineering Department.
Requirement:
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines or Bachelor degree equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Disciplines.
Desirable: Additional Qualification in Dairy Industry Standards. Health and Safety certification. Quality System certification. Ability to speak and write Arabic.
Minimum 10 Years experience (Diploma) in a managerial role in leading a multi skilled maintenance team in the area of FMCG Engineering.
or Minimum 5 Years experience (Graduate) in a managerial role in leading a multi skilled maintenance team in the area of FMCG Engineering.
strong knowledge in MV/LV switchgears and Exposure to controls.
Experience in the Dairy or Food Industry is a pre requisite
Detailed Knowledge of PPM Implementation and Management.
Experience in conducting Health and Safety, and Quality Audits within the Food/Dairy Industry.
Permit to Work and Risk Assessment competency.
