Summary:
The MEP Foreman is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a team of MEP tradesmen. This includes planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks, and ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The MEP Foreman also has responsibility for safety, quality control, and the overall productivity of the MEP team.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule work
- Assign tasks to tradesmen
- Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Enforce all applicable safety regulations
- Monitor and control costs
- Communicate with the Superintendent, project team, clients, and other stakeholders on the status of projects
- Resolve any problems that arise during construction
- Train and develop MEP tradesmen
- Maintain records of all MEP activities
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in MEP construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work long hours and in a variety of weather conditions
- Valid driver's license

Salary: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
