DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure safety and well-being of the special needs children
Oversee the day-to-day administration and management of the activities
Support the self-sustainability and growth initiatives in close coordination with the Director
Coordinate appropriate accounting, record management, and compliance mechanisms through relevant staff
Oversee and manage the screening process for new admission of students
Oversee the maintenance of staff records, attendance records, student records, filing systems
Responsible for coordinating the facilities maintenance and upkeep activities and purchasing activities.
Liaison for landlord relations in coordination with the Managing Director
Oversee the provision of Transportation Services
Provide access to assistive devices, supportive technology, and assistance accessing facilities such as restrooms where applicable through relevant organizations.
Liaising with chairman’s office for necessary legal approvals and renewals and payments as needed and in coordination with the Managing Director
Closely coordinate with the Managing Director and the teachers of various batches to ensure maximum utilization of resources, and scheduling of classes
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Professional Master’s degree in the field of Education and Special Needs Training
Training in office management and compliance
EXPERIENCE
At least Five (5) years of relevant experience in similar work, at least 3 of that being with managerial responsibilities including revenue generation and sustainability.
Salary: QAR12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- special needs Childrens': 3 years (required)
